Beauty in words

It’s wonderful how amazing language can be. We as humans speak all the time and I feel we take for granted how much beauty we can create out of just our words. Poetry is a gift and while I can make a little magic with my writing, I am thankful that there are people like Gabriel Gadfly who make art out of their words.
Specifically the poem I read was Location, Location, Location. It made my toes curl from it’s intense reaction from me. Perhaps it was because I felt I could connect to it’s meaning personally from recent experiences I’ve gone through this year but whether it does for you, the passing reader of my blog, or not, it is something wonderful that seemed appropriate to share the day after Valentines. If anything, spreading a little more of the beauty that is in this world doesn’t do anything but good.
So go check it out and let me know what you think. If you happen to find another beautiful poem, share. I’d love some suggestions.
